If I’ve learned anything over the 1,000s of hours I’ve coached successful business owners it’s this.
The difference between a business that does really well, and one that doesn’t, is your ability to move fast.
The faster you can implement and execute, the faster you can get feedback.
Regardless of whether what you implement succeeds or fails...
You still get valuable feedback on what works, and what doesn’t.
But fast implementation is one of the hardest things for many of us.
Because we’re afraid of failing.
Of not getting it right.
Of it not being ‘perfect’.
So we complicate things.
We say to ourselves ‘I can’t do this now because...’
We give ourselves 1,000 other things to do.
We convince ourselves that we’re the only ones who can – and need to – do everything.
And we end up sitting on our butts in such a state of overwhelm and frustration that it’s a wonder anything happens at all!
But the thing is, business works when you start to let go of control over every little thing.
If you’re not spending most of your time in your Zone of Genius... that is, doing the things that have the highest volume returns in both time and money, you need to systemise – fast.
Hire a VA. Write some systems. Delegate work. Build processes.
Holding back because you’re afraid of failing?
Hire a coach. Work on your inner game. Execute faster (before your fear has a chance to talk you out of it).
No matter what situation you’re in right now, I can bet you there’s at least 3 things you can do to get out of your ‘stuck’ zone and move forward.
So if you’re one of the many business owners out there who isn’t implementing...
What’s holding you back?
