Less is more.
If you’re working on more than three ‘big’ things this week, you’re not going to get a great result on any of them.
I’d even say focus on ONE big project each week.
Scattered attention gets scatty results. And it also wastes a huge amount of time.
Imagine you’ve got 20 blocks of time a week.
And you can only move each block forward one bit at a time.
Would you rather move each block forward once, or one block forward 20 times?
Spend some focused time each day on that big ‘rock’, that project that’s going to move your business forward financially or from a time perspective.
Get something done, then find a way to automate it or systemise it, then move onto the next thing.
Anything else is just stuffing around, being busy for the sake of being busy.
Take one step forward every day, every week, and in a month, year’s time you’re going to be in a very different place than you are now.
Choose the #1 thing that will make the biggest shift in your business right now.
Then focus on just doing that.
Shut out the noise.
Watch your feet.
And keep moving.
