Barry Magliarditi is the founder and director of The Game Changers and has been recognised for his thought leadership by the 30 under 30, 2015 Telstra Business awards and was chosen as Australian Coach of the Year for the 2016 Invia Innovation and Excellence in Business Coaching in Australia.
A master of his craft and described as ”The Magician,” Barry is always entertaining, heart based and life changing while upholding a deep respect for every individual and their story.
In 2003, as a true craftsman, Barry started his first business aged 18, in his garage serving as a Kitchen and Renovation Company. The business scaled quickly and soon Barry was working from his own factory with 15 staff with a multi-million dollar turnover.
He was experiencing what he knew at the time to be “success.” He diligently managed his cash flow, maximising profits, minimising expenses and maintaining clear KPI's for his business and his team.
However, like many successful business owners, Barry was also investing a lot of emotion and time into the business and quickly become exhausted. When his relationship with his partner and children began to suffer he switched gears and saw the business begin dissolve.
Barry always knew in his heart that there had to be a way to create true balance in life. To create what he wanted and was in his dreams; a profitable scalable business that provided sustainable growth for the lifestyle of the family he loved. This kickstarted his journey of self-education and personal development.
Barry learned quickly that the key was in the “inner game”. By working on his “inner game,” he was able to create real, tangible and sustainable results in his “outer game”.
This was the catalyst that sparked the creation of The Game Changers Business. Since starting, Barry has assisted business owners to create the same tangible results in their businesses (averaging 3-4x growth in revenue and profits) while watching their personal lives expand grow, too.

Michael is a marketing mindset expert who is on a mission to help you not only achieve your goals, but to SMASH through them. Michael is a charismatic and energetic coach, bringing enthusiasm and fire to all that he does. He loves to work with those who want to make a big difference in the world. He is also facilitates TGC's group coaching or popularly known as the Sherp Sessions.
Mani Thom – The Change Maker
Mani is The Game Changers' Sales Coach and Head of Sales. His goal is to help all business owners make the serious commitment to bettering themselves, their business and their relationships with those around them, ultimately utilising the power of business to live the life they want to live. Mani’s breadth of sales experience includes everything from working with sole traders just beginning their business with very short sales cycles right up to multi-million dollar tenders with 1-3 year sales cycles.
Anna Melton-Christovitsis – The Operations Guru
Anna, our Operations Manager, is an experienced business consultant who specialises in leadership & mindset, accountability & execution, increasing lead conversions, and refining systems. She acts as the right hand to the CEO, Barry Magliarditi, ensuring each member of our Game-Changing community and the whole TGC team grow and reach their truest potential, both in business and in life.

Maybelline Dulay – Project Extraordinaire
Maybelline or "Vanilla" as we call her, is TGC's Project Manager who oversees the operations on the back end, working closely with the Operations Guru. She ensures the smooth implementation of projects and provides assistance to the team when it comes to task and plan execution.
Kim Ezeth Ibañez – Executive Wingman
Kim is the Executive Assistant to the CEO who helps in organising meetings, execution of plans, supporting the Master Game Changer in maximising productivity, making decisions more easily, and supporting leadership and coordination within the team.
Junnarin Concillado – Client Care Captain
Junna is The Game Changers' Client Care Captain. Her main role is to ensure the best client experience for our TGC members, providing timely customer support and everything they need throughout the Opulence Program.
Tricia Banes – Empowerment Guru
Tricia is our Senior Appointment Setter working alongside our Sales Head, the Change Maker, Mani Thom. She specialises in sales booking, lead conversion and helps in growing our Game-Changing Tribe.
Cherrylyn Mayormita – Content Queen
Cherry is our Content Marketing Manager who oversees the implementation of our marketing strategies. Her ideas align with our vision making it easier for her to execute changes and techniques that help us in reaching our audience online.
Pat Maruhomadil – Office Jedi
Pat gets to work closely with everyone on the team, working behind the scenes to create a meaningful client journey and assist the tribe with anything tech related. She works on the back end maintaining our systems, solving problems as they occur and giving support to our Tribe and the team when the need arises.
